Delivery
All my artwork is digital, I do not provide a print.Your commission should be completed in less than a week after I begin creating the artwork or 1-3 weeks if there are people ahead of you in the queue.The final artwork will be provided to you by email.
Payment
Cash app and Paypal payments only. Although Cash app is preferred.I must be paid half of the comm price before I begin creating the artwork. The last half will be payed after I send the final piece.(if you wish to pay in full up front that is okay as well :3)I will always tell you when I begin creating the artwork and send a WIP (work in progress) for the sketch, line art, and coloring stages.
Refunds
Full refunds requested by the commissioner are only to be issued before I begin the artwork or in a case where I can not finish the artwork.If I've begun working, and you change your mind and do not want the artwork for any reason, a partial (75% or less) refund will be issued depending on how much work has been completed.To check the status of your commission feel free to ask me in our DM.
Reposting
Reposting to social media, character collections sites, and general art sites by commissioners/character owners is allowed and encouraged; as long as a direct link or a casual mention (such as, "this art is by @miloartz on twitter).I am okay with direct tags on twitter!
Editing
The commissioner may only ask me to edit the artwork 3 times whilst it is being completed, anymore than that will NOT be done to the artwork unless it is a mistake on my part.My artwork may NOT be edited or traced in any manner without permission.If you are planning on editing a piece, please let me know beforehand in our DM.
Image Usage [Personal]
You may print your commission for personal use ONLY.My artwork may not be sold as prints or otherwise reproduced by the commissioner for profit.My artwork may NOT be minted/sold as a non-fungible token (NFT), or used in ANY blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, or anything similar.My artwork may NOT be used to train an image-producing AI, neural network, bot, or anything similar.Your commission will NOT be sold by me as prints without your written permission.I retain the rights to repost, edit, and use the image on social media in a promotional aspect.
Image Usage [Commercial]
The fee is 100%-200% of the original commission price, depending on intent.Custom terms for image usage will be provided.
